Attorney
Prominent labor-side law firm, representing unions and pension funds, with offices in Newark and Trenton is seeking attorney candidate, with 2-4 years’ experience or more, to handle administrative hearings, arbitrations, and litigation in state and federal courts, primarily in labor and employment law, both public and private sector.
Excellent writing skills and N.J. Bar admission required. ERISA, PERC and/or NLRB experience a plus.
