Ochoa|Law , located in San Diego, CA is seeking an associate with zero (0) to three (3) years’ experience in labor and employment law to join the firm. This is a small but growing firm, strategically located in the United Labor Center Building in San Diego’s Mission Valley, that works hand-in-hand with union clients (both public sector and private sector), community partners and key policy makers in the region to advance the cause of working people. Applicants should possess a strong academic background, a commitment to the cause of working people, an ability to work independently along with a willingness to be mentored, and coursework in labor law and employment law. Current California Bar admission and Spanish language skills are preferred, but not required.
Compensation includes salary between $83K-$110K (depending on experience), fully paid health benefits (medical, dental, vision), and retirement benefits with an employer match.
