Attorney (7+ years experience)
Barnard Iglitzin & Lavitt LLP (Seattle), the Pacific Northwest’s largest and oldest union-side labor and employment firm, seeks a full-time attorney to join our dynamic litigation practice. We are looking for a candidate with 7+ years of experience representing unions or otherwise reflecting a demonstrated commitment to social justice and the labor movement. The ideal candidate will be capable, from day one, of handling complex litigation and arbitration and managing a diverse array of organizational client needs. Our clients include, among many others, nurses, hotel, hospital, and homecare workers, flight attendants and pilots, educators, fire fighters, machinists, teamsters, longshore workers, and those in the building trades.
Compensation/benefits: $100K base salary with tiered compensation structure; 100% employer-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance for employee and dependents; paid birth leave; parking or transportation allotment; law-school loan assistance; 401K eligibility after first year of employment; and a seven-year Partnership track.
